The Shades of the Past, SRA, Inc. will again offer limited space for vendors and swap meet participants. We encourage you to pre-register for your spaces in ‘08. Prior to August 1st, 2008 the fee will be $120.00 per space. (A space has 10’ frontage and 20’ in depth.) After August 1st the remaining spaces will be $170.00 per space. As in the past, no water or electricity will be available. Tractor trailer trucks need to acquire enough space to load and unload. Requests for same spot location should be in by June 1st, 2008. — Used Auto Parts Participants —Shades of the Past will offer 10’ x 20’ spaces for used auto parts only. These spaces are $60.00 per space until August 1st, 2008. After August 1st these spaces will be $80.00. We encourage all participants to pre-register due to the limit of spaces for this purpose.

NOTICE The Shades of the Past® would Like to make it perfectly clear that no participant is to attempt to sell concessions, Tee shirts, caps, jackets, pins, etc. that will infringe upon our souvenir sales contracts. EXAMPLE: Any souvenir or T-shirt that has a picture of a street rod, or Pigeon Forge ‘07, Cruising Pigeon Forge, etc. is FORBIDDEN! Those found to be in violation will be asked to leave the show and future participation will be refused! If you are in doubt of these rules concerning souvenir sales, you may contact Ken Huffstetler at (865) 984-8281 for clarification. Vendor ad shirts do not apply. |
